Overall ,very good experience, just disappointed that the pool was rather cool when we expected it to be heated and the restaurant's head waiter was not very friendly .

The hotel is wonderfully located
Our sea view room added to the experience
Disappointments 1. the tea making facilities were not replenished on 2 days
We had to request items on both days at reception
2 tissues in the bathroom. When we arrived there were tissues. Clearly not many because they emptied on Day 1. We requested a replacement with the chamber maid. Upon our return the box remained empty
We went to reception. Our request for replacement was met negatively. “It is not my fault there are none left in the hotel”. It was not a pleasant experience.
3 Breakfast. We were sharing the hotel with tour groups who took breakfast before us. When asked if the scrambled eggs could be replaced we were told that the hotel had run out - none were available
Given that most guests had breakfasted we summarised that to provide eggs for a small group of guests was deemed uneconomic
These are small points but it is detail that matters. We felt that the tour groups took precedence

Context matters when you're reading a review. I think the state of the room and the overall tired look of the hotel can be overlooked if you were paying a lower price. We ended up paying close to €300 per night for 10 nights when you take the breakfast and pet upcharge into account, and that is eye wateringly expensive for this hotel. We noticed a few guests paying with some sort of holiday voucher, which we would guess is cheaper than the cash price. The staff there are friendly and the hotel is close to both the beach and town centre which is nice, but even during peak season I think having the room we had should've have cost less than €200 per night with the breakfast and pet charge included.

Interesting that you are only interested in the good points, but not care for a reason on the bad ones! Breakfast is like in a canteen. The pastry dry, never in the two weeks before I had such an old Chocolate pastry in my hands. My daughter asked if she really has to finish the croissant!

Great Hotel, exceeded the expectations, in particular the large and comfortable room with two floors and spectacular sea view, and the nice pool and pool area with lovely heated water. Nice lobby, clean Hotel. Easy access from parking and always easy to find parking space. Perfect location and comfortable when travelling with kids. We hope to come again. We did not try the breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend this Hotel to anyone. Very glad we had sea view. It is nice to wake up to see people swimming and surfing just a few meters from the window. One of the best Hotel experiences we have ever had.

Overall OK but we were unable to eat dinner at the hotel as we were told that it was fully booked, I would have thought residents would have priority, luckily we were able to eat at Les Sales Blanc hotel.

Location and free parking good
